Lawyers may take all of their CLE hours on-demand. The 6-hour cap for on-demand programs has been eliminated.

Effective in 2019, all licensed attorneys will be required to complete one hour of CLE devoted to technology training.

The Supreme Court recently approved an amendment to trust accounting Rule 1.15-2 that requires checks drawn on a trust account to be signed by a lawyer or by an employee who is not responsible for performing monthly or quarterly reconciliations.
